If you were a fan of the Citroën DS range, then their foray into the premium car range might look familiar. Taking their cues from their earlier vehicles, “DS” is an abbreviation of “Distinctive Series” and their cars are designed with luxury and performance in mind. The DS range is dominated by the DS3, the effortlessly stylish small car available in a number of configurations, including the Cabrio, Café Racer and Performance, the DS 4, DS 5 and DS 7. As with many manufacturers, the higher the number, the bigger the car with the DS 7 providing comfort for five people and plenty of luggage for long journeys. Of course, their range of SUVs are also designed for different uses with the DS 3 and DS 4 being ideal for the urban adventurer and the DS 7 having performance to spare for even the most rugged terrain.
